Ingredients

  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Frozen green bean pods 10 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Chicken fillet 20 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the meat and cut it into strips.

Step 2

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Slice the carrot into half-rings as well.

Step 3

Remove the seeds and stems from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.

Step 4

Peel the garlic and finely chop it.

Step 5

In a frying pan, sauté the onion, carrot, and bell pepper for a few minutes. Add the frozen peas to the vegetables.

Step 6

Add the minced garlic and sour cream to the chicken. Mix well.

Step 7

Transfer the chicken fillet with sour cream to the frying pan with the onion and bell pepper.

Step 8

Bring the fricassee to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer until cooked through. Stir occasionally. The chicken should become tender.
