  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the fillet into small pieces, or you can blend it in a blender.

Step 2

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Add the onion to the fillet.

Step 3

Pass the peeled garlic cloves through a press and add them to the fillets.

Step 4

Crack two eggs into the mixture, season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise and flour. Mix everything well.

Step 5

Place a skillet on the heat to warm up, then pour in some vegetable oil. Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture into the skillet.

Step 6

Fry the cutlets over medium heat, covered with a lid.
