Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound the chicken fillet, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with mayonnaise, and marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Cut the bacon into thin slices. Blanch the tomato: dip it in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove the skin, cut it in half, and slice it into half-rings.

Coat the chicken fillet in flour, place it in a hot skillet with vegetable oil, and fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes).

Meanwhile, fry the bacon in vegetable oil for 3–5 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add finely chopped herbs, the mayonnaise used for marinating the chicken, and mix well.
