Chicken fillet baked in cream with cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Lemon ½ piece
- Tomato Puree 6 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the chicken breasts, rub them with salt and add a little pepper.
Step 2
Slice the garlic lengthwise and stuff it into the breasts.
Step 3
Grease a deep baking dish (I use a saucepan, removing the handle) with vegetable oil and place the chicken in the center.
Step 4
Dice the onion and fill the remaining space in the saucepan.
Step 5
Pour the cream over the onions.
Step 6
Using four tablespoons of tomato puree, create 'islands' on top of the cream.
Step 7
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Step 8
Slice the potatoes into rounds and carefully arrange them almost vertically in a circle around the chicken.
Step 9
Add salt to taste, and with the last spoonful of puree, spread it over the potatoes.
Step 10
Hide it in the preheated oven at 390°F for 30 minutes.
Step 11
After the time is up, sprinkle grated cheese on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
