Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick 5 pieces
- Young zucchini 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Chinese green beans 15 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 2 spoons
- 20% Sour Cream 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly sauté the chicken drumsticks in vegetable oil until they are halfway cooked, then remove them and set aside.
Step 2
In this skillet, sauté the green beans and chopped onion for about 10 minutes, then add the diced zucchini.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, add the pepper blend, and the garlic pressed through a garlic press.
Step 4
Place the vegetable mixture in a baking dish, then top with the chicken and tomatoes cut into large wedges.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the dish and spread it evenly.
Step 6
Place in the oven at 340°F for 20 minutes.
