Chicken Drumsticks in Foil
Main Dishes • World
Description
You can serve it right in the foil. When you unwrap it, you immediately start to smell the herbs and it makes you want to eat. The chicken meat separates excellently from the bone. The meat itself is juicy and tender, and the sauce gives it a pleasant spiciness.
Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick 8 pieces
- Herbs 20 bunches
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Ketchup to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken drumsticks well and dry them with a towel. You can remove the skin.
Step 2
In a separate bowl (or cup), mix the sour cream with ketchup, add salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with various spices. For example, I use 'Vegetta'.
Step 3
Cut small rectangular pieces of foil so that you can wrap the drumsticks completely (or partially).
Step 4
Now for the fun part! Place the foil on your work surface, then coat the drumstick in the sauce and sesame seeds, cover with herbs, and wrap it well. There aren't too many drumsticks, so I used a shallow baking dish and placed the drumsticks with the meat side down.
Step 5
I placed the dish on a baking sheet and baked it for about an hour at 355°F.
