Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Potato protein 2 spoons
- Ground meat 30 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini using a fine grater and squeeze out any excess liquid. Finely chop the garlic with a knife. Mix all the ingredients together and add the starch. You can also add finely chopped fresh herbs.
Step 2
Dampen your hands with cold water and shape the patties into round, slightly flattened forms.
Step 3
Sauté in a well-heated pan with oil (or without) over medium-high heat until a golden crust forms, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5 minutes until done. Alternatively, you can steam it without sautéing.
