Ingredients

  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Ground meat 20 oz
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Wheat Flour ½ cup
  • Olive Oil ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Bouillon cube ½ piece
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the ground chicken, juice of half a lemon, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until homogeneous.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown.

Step 3

Shape the mixture into cutlets and coat them in flour. Fry in the remaining oil from the onions until golden brown.

Step 4

For the sauce, mix the bouillon cube with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and soy sauce. Pour into the oil left from frying the cutlets, add the onion, and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Drizzle the cutlets with the sauce.
