- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Green onion tops 2 pieces
- Quinoa ¼ cup
- Applesauce 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Cook the quinoa in boiling salted water until ready, about 12 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
Pass the chicken breast (about 200 grams) and green onions through a meat grinder to make minced meat. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Add quinoa and apple sauce to the chicken mince, and season with salt. Mix well and shape into small cutlets.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the cutlets in the skillet and fry for about 4 minutes on each side.
