Description

By the way, you can fry them in a mixture of vegetable and butter for a better taste. These chicken cutlets turn out very juicy and tender with a savory filling. They are delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 0 lbs
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Hard Cheese 10 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Starch film 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Curry to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut 1 kg of chicken fillet into small cubes (you can also just chop it in a blender).

Step 2

Cut 250 g of any hard cheese into cubes and mix it with the chicken.

Step 3

Chop a couple of cloves of garlic and add them to the chicken with cheese (to taste; if you like it spicier and more aromatic, add more).

Step 4

Add a couple of eggs.

Step 5

Sprinkle with curry (or your favorite spices for chicken), salt, and pepper.

Step 6

Add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of starch, and 2–3 tablespoons of flour.

Step 7

Mix everything well and refrigerate for half an hour to an hour (you can leave it longer; this will only make the cutlets more tender).

Step 8

After the time has passed, take out the mixture and add a can of diced canned pineapples (of course, draining the liquid from the pineapples first). Mix well again.

Step 9

Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides under a lid, spooning them out like pancakes.
