- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Wash the fillet, cut into thin slices, lightly pound, season with salt, and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
Step 2
Beat the eggs slightly.

Dip the cutlets in the egg and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through.
