Ingredients
- Sorrel to taste
- Wild Garlic Greens to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- White bread 4 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Ground meat 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and chop the onion. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, add half of the onion, and sauté for about 3 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Soak the bread in milk, then lightly squeeze it out.
Step 3
Combine the ground chicken, soaked bread, sautéed onion, and egg, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Form cutlets from the mixture and fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Transfer the cutlets to a microwave-safe dish and cook for 5 minutes at 900 watts.
Step 6
Wash and roughly chop the sorrel, wild garlic, and parsley. Place the remaining onion and herbs in a microwave-safe container, pour in the wine, and cook for 4 minutes at 900 watts.
Step 7
Pour the cream into the sauce, stir, and return to the microwave for 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly, transfer to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Step 8
Place the hot cutlets on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
