- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Corn Starch 0 oz
- Onion to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Don't chop too finely.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into cubes of the same size or smaller.
Step 3
If you decide to add onion, chop it finely.
Step 4
Add the kefir.
Step 5
Add cornstarch to the mixture.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper. Use a moderate amount of salt, as the cheese contains salt.
Step 7
Finely chop the parsley and mix everything together.
Step 8
Fry on low heat on both sides. Cooking time is 20 minutes.
