- Milk 0 fl oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Oats to taste

Step 1
Chop the chicken breast in a blender, add the egg, and blend again. Lightly salt.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 3
Take a small amount of the mixture in your hand, form a patty (you can roll it in oats if the mixture is too wet), place a few pieces of cheese on it, roll it into a ball, and flatten it into a cutlet.
Step 4
Roll in oats again.
Step 5
Fry on both sides until golden brown. Cook under a lid for 2-3 minutes until done.
