Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Dill to taste
- Ham to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound the chicken, season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate for a while.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the eggs, mayonnaise, flour, herbs, and add a little salt and pepper.
Step 3
Grate the cheese. If using ham, cut it into small strips.
Step 4
Spread the egg mixture on each piece using a spoon.
Step 5
Place the coated side down on a hot skillet.
Step 6
Top with cheese (and ham).
Step 7
Then pour the egg mixture over the cutlet with a spoon.

Fry on both sides until cooked through.
