Chicken Cutlets with Cheese

Ingredients
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into very small cubes (DO NOT USE A MEAT GRINDER), without bones and skin.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Add a bit of mayonnaise (about 2 tablespoons for an average breast). Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
Step 4
Mix everything by hand, form cutlets, and coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry in a skillet until golden brown. I usually cook the first side covered, and then without the lid.
