Chicken cutlets with cauliflower
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Bran to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the cauliflower, chicken breast, garlic, and onion in a blender.
Step 2
Add the egg, salt, and spices. Mix everything together. Form into cutlets.
Step 3
Coat in breadcrumbs (you can use regular breadcrumbs; I used bran due to my attempts to lose weight) and fry in a non-stick skillet.
