  • Ground meat 30 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • White Cabbage 10 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Spices to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 20% Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Whole egg 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grind the cabbage, onion, and garlic in a meat grinder or chop them in a blender.

Step 2

Combine the mixture with the ground chicken, add salt and spices to taste. While mixing, add the sour cream and yolk.

Step 3

Form cutlets from the mixture, moistening your hands in cold water beforehand. Fry the cutlets in a pan for 2–3 minutes on each side. Serve with a side dish.
