- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Parsley 1 stem
- Butter 0 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
- Shallot 1 piece
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Thyme 1 stem
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the chicken meat through a meat grinder with the bell pepper, herbs, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add the egg whites and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Shape the minced meat into cutlets, lightly coat in flour, and fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. To do this, whisk the vinegar with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mayonnaise, thyme, and chopped shallot. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and serve with the cutlets.
