Ingredients
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 20 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Butter 0 oz
- White bread 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Dice the onion into small cubes.
Step 3
Sauté the onion in butter until golden brown.
Step 4
Soak the crustless bread in milk and let it sit for a few minutes.
Step 5
Pass the chicken meat through a meat grinder.
Step 6
Next, pass the onion and bread through a meat grinder, having squeezed the bread to remove the milk.
Step 7
Add the egg, salt, and pepper to the minced meat, mix well, knead it, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Shape small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Step 9
Sauté the chicken patties in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Then cover them with a lid and leave on low heat for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes, flip the patties, cover again, and let them cook for another 7 minutes.
Step 10
Serve the cutlets with mashed potatoes or another side dish.
