  • Chicken fillet 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Large eggs 1 piece
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Curry to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the egg, flour, and mayonnaise.

Step 2

Add 3 cloves of garlic, minced using a garlic press.

Step 3

Season with spices and salt and pepper.

Step 4

Take the beaten and cut chicken fillet into small pieces, dip them into the prepared mixture, place the pieces in a preheated skillet with oil, and sauté for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Step 5

The chicken turns out tender on the inside and with a golden crust on the outside.

Step 6

It's best served with potatoes.
