Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
- Onion 2 heads
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil with grated ginger and finely chopped garlic.
Step 2
Slice the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut it into rings. Add it to the contents of the pan.
Step 3
Add turmeric and garam masala and sauté for 10 seconds.
Step 4
Add the chopped chicken to the pan. Sauté for 2 minutes, add a little water, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. Then remove the lid and increase the heat to evaporate the liquid.
Step 5
In a glass of coconut milk, dissolve a tablespoon of flour and add it to the chicken, stirring vigorously. Once the sauce thickens, remove the dish from the heat.
Step 6
Serve with rice.
