
Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- Coconut Milk 15 fl oz
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Lime 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root 2 spoons
- Turmeric 2 spoons
- Curry 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet into small pieces.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, add a pinch of chili pepper, and ginger.
Step 3
Sauté until golden brown in olive oil.
Step 4
Add the chicken and sauté over high heat for 3–5 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with turmeric and curry, pour in a can of coconut milk, squeeze the juice of a small lime (or half of a large one), and simmer over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
