Chicken Curry
Main Dishes • Irish
Description
Curry refers both to spicy stews made with vegetables and meat, and to the spice blend used to prepare these stews. Today, curry dishes are made in Thailand, England, and Japan, but it is still fundamentally an Indian dish. Yellow curry is not the spiciest option, but it is still a warming choice. Traditionally, curry is served with rice, but dipping bread into curry is also enjoyable.
