- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Ham 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Olive Oil 4 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Gently pound the chicken fillet until it is about 0.5 cm thick. Place a slice of ham and a larger piece of cheese on each piece. Season with salt and pepper. Pinch the edges together using wooden skewers.
Step 2
We bread the schnitzel: in one plate, we place flour, in another, beaten eggs, and in the third, breadcrumbs. First, we coat the schnitzel in flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. We fry it in olive oil or butter on low heat and covered, so that the thick cutlet cooks through and the cheese melts.
