- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Starch film 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Garlic 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into medium cubes.
Step 2
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and the cheese on a fine grater. Combine the ingredients, add mayonnaise, starch, minced garlic, and egg, then add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for a couple of hours; if possible, leave it overnight.
Step 4
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides over medium heat.
