Chicken Casserole with Vegetables and Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 15 oz
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Sour Cream 20 oz
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Rice 5 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Carrot 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until done.
Step 2
Finely chop the fillet, remove seeds from the pepper and cut it into cubes. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion.
Step 3
In vegetable oil, sauté the chicken fillet until cooked, lightly salt and pepper it.
Step 4
In another pan, sauté the carrot, then add the pepper and cook until it becomes soft.

Next, add the onion and a little salt, and sauté lightly.
Step 6
Lightly grease a baking dish with oil, spread the rice evenly. On top of the rice, layer the vegetables, then half of the sour cream, spreading it out. On the sour cream, place a layer of chicken fillet, followed by a layer of corn. On the corn, spread the second half of the sour cream, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, and place it in the oven for 30 minutes at medium temperature (about 355°F).

Let it cool and only then cut into portions.
