- Meyer Lemon Juice 2½ tablespoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste

Chop the prepared chicken meat.

Soak the stale white bread and squeeze out the excess water.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Step 4
Mix the ground chicken with the bread, onion, and garlic. Add the chopped almonds, salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour in the cream, lightly beaten with the egg.

Mix the lemon juice with the ketchup.
Step 6
