  • Red Curry Powder 0 oz
  • Turmeric 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream 0 fl oz
  • Chicken Broth 35 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces
  • Chicken Drumstick 8 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mashed Potatoes 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken drumsticks until cooked. Cut the potato, carrot, and spinach into very thin strips about 3 cm long.

Step 2

Prepare the omelet. Beat the eggs and add cream, mashed potato, curry powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Grease the omelet dish with butter, lightly dust with flour, pour in the omelet mixture, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 355°F.

Step 3

Remove the chicken drumsticks from the broth and peel off the skin. Add the potato and carrot to the broth, cook until ready for 5–7 minutes, and at the end add the spinach. Place the cooked omelet at the bottom of the soup bowl and pour in the soup. Top with 2 chicken drumsticks.
