Step 1

Place the chicken, whole onion, and grated carrot into boiling water, add salt and spices to taste. Cook a strong broth.

Step 2

Separately, boil the rice in salted water, then rinse and return it to the pot. Remove the chicken from the broth and carve it.

Step 3

Distribute the rice into bowls, pour hot broth over it, and add a piece of chicken to each bowl. Sprinkle with herbs.
