- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Salt to taste

- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a preheated cast iron pot, add the peeled and grated carrot, chopped onion, frozen tomatoes, shredded Chinese cabbage, grated rutabaga, green peas, and chopped chicken breasts. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the peeled and chopped potatoes, salt, pepper, pour in boiled water, cover with a lid, and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
