  • Poultry 20 oz
  • Udon Noodles 10 oz
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Spices 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take the chicken breasts and cut them into small pieces.

Step 2

Add spices, a chicken spice mix, dried garlic, a mixture of Provencal herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Coat the pieces in the spice mixture, ensuring each piece is covered for a special flavor and aroma.

Step 4

Heat a deep skillet or wok, add vegetable oil. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 5

While the chicken is simmering, put a pot of water on to boil, add the noodles, and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Once the chicken is ready, add the cream and stir, bringing it to a light boil for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Serve the udon noodles on a plate, topped with the chicken and creamy sauce from the wok.
