Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Chicken fillet 2 pieces
  • Hard Cheese 0 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Herbs to taste
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Mustard Greens to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 2 heads
  • Pickled Chanterelles 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Turmeric to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet well, dry it. Cut it lengthwise to create a pocket. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Boil one egg, then grate it. Grate the cheese.

Step 3

In vegetable oil, sauté the chopped garlic until golden brown. Remove it. Sauté the finely chopped mushrooms in the garlic oil.

Step 4

Mix the grated boiled egg, cheese, and mushrooms with 100 grams of butter, turmeric, mustard, and herbs. This will be our filling. (It can vary).

Step 5

Stuff the pocket with the filling. Secure the cut with toothpicks to prevent it from falling apart.

Step 6

Beat 1 egg with salt. We will dip the stuffed breast in this.

Step 7

Dip the stuffed breasts in flour, then in the egg, and finish with breadcrumbs.

Step 8

Place on a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil, frying on high heat until golden brown on both sides.

Step 9

Preheat the oven to 180-390°F. Place thick foil on a baking sheet, and lay our fried breasts on it. Put it in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
