Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Soy Sauce 4 spoons
- Honey 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Curry to taste
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the chicken breasts and cut them into portion-sized pieces.
Step 2
Season them with salt, add freshly ground black pepper, ginger, and curry. Pour in some soy sauce.
Step 3
Press the garlic using a garlic press and add it to the chicken breasts.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix the chicken breasts with all the spices and let them marinate for 1 hour.
Step 5
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and add honey. Wait for the honey to melt and gently stir it into the vegetable oil to ensure it is evenly distributed throughout the skillet.
Step 6
Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with a handful of sesame seeds, stir, and after a couple of minutes, remove from heat.
