Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Cauliflower 30 oz
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
- Curry to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts in half, season with salt, add curry, and fry in sunflower oil. Towards the end, add finely chopped onion.
Step 2
For the side dish, boil the cauliflower florets in salted boiling water for no more than two minutes. Coat in breadcrumbs and sauté in the same skillet where the chicken was cooked.
