Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers 0.1 teaspoons
- Avocado 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Freshly squeezed orange juice 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, pour lime juice over it, and set aside.
Step 2
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
Step 3
Sear in a skillet until cooked through (it takes about three to five minutes on each side) until golden brown.
Step 4
Just before serving, dice the avocado, mix it with the onion and lime juice.
