Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Honey 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the chili and chop it finely.
Step 4
Mix the chopped vegetables with soy sauce and honey.
Step 5
Rinse the chicken breasts under running water and transfer them to a zip-top bag.
Step 6
Pour the marinade into the bag with the chicken, seal it, and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
Step 7
Take out the bag and remove the chicken breasts. Do not discard the marinade; it will be useful later.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 40 minutes.
Step 9
Baste the chicken breasts with the marinade every 10 minutes throughout the baking process.
