Ingredients
- Rice Sweet Wine 5 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Thyme 5 pieces
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 30 oz
- Paprika 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the breasts into two pieces. Mix salt, paprika, and pepper, and season the breasts with this mixture.
Step 2
Sear the breasts on both sides in butter until cooked through.
Step 3
Add the wine, 3 sprigs of thyme, and reduce until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Place the cooked breasts on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
Step 5
Lightly salt the salad mix (any of your choice), mix with olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 6
Place the salad mix on top of the breasts and garnish with slices of cheese and sprigs of thyme.
