Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 30 oz
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Grated Ginger Root ½ spoons
- Chili Flakes ¾ spoons
- Apple juice with pulp ¼ glasses
- Brown Sugar ⅓ glasses
- Ketchup 2 spoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Water ½ glasses
- Soy Sauce ⅓ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a large deep skillet, heat some olive oil and fry the meat in batches until golden brown, then transfer it to a bowl.
Step 3
In the same skillet where the chicken was browned, combine apple juice with water, apple cider vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, and spices. Stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved, heat the mixture over medium heat, being careful not to bring it to a boil.
Step 4
Add the sautéed pieces of chicken to the pan with the sauce. When the sauce comes to a boil, reduce the heat and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the chicken hot with boiled white rice.
