Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry, and make cuts on one side with a sharp knife.
Step 3
Rub the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 4
Dredge in flour and shake off the excess.
Step 5
Fry the breasts in a skillet with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, over medium-high heat. Remove to a bowl and cover with a lid.
Step 6
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 7
Sauté the garlic in the skillet for 1 minute, then add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 8
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 9
Add the cream to the skillet.
Step 10
Add the grated cheese and let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 11
Add the spices.
Step 12
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add them to the sauce.
Step 13
Heat the chicken breasts in the sauce for 4–5 minutes.
Step 14
Serve with a side dish of your choice.
