Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 fl oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Chicken Seasoning 0 oz
- Ground coriander 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise with chicken seasoning and ground coriander (if the chicken seasoning does not contain salt, add salt). Let it steep.
Step 2
Slightly pound the chicken breasts. Marinate in the mayonnaise mixture. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the chicken breasts in the dish. Spread the remaining mayonnaise on top to keep the meat juicy.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 30 minutes, until a golden crust forms on top.
