- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Khmeli-suneli 5 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Apple 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to the maximum. Rub the chicken breasts with salt and vegetable oil (about 1 tablespoon per breast), generously coat with khmeli-suneli, red pepper, or your favorite spicy seasonings. Let sit for about 10 minutes while the oven heats up.
Step 2
Place the breasts on parchment paper, keeping the heat high, and bake for up to 20 minutes. Only open the oven after it has cooled down.
Step 3
For those who do not like very spicy food: rub the breasts with vegetable oil and salt or soy sauce, honey, lightly season with Italian herbs, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place on a bed of apples.
