
Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon with Coating

Ingredients
- Bacon 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into 2-3 strips.
Step 2
Whisk the egg lightly with a splash of water.
Step 3
Grate the Parmesan cheese finely and mix it with the breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Wrap the strip of chicken fillet completely in a strip of bacon; if one is not enough, use two (the bacon should envelop the chicken like a cocoon). Dredge in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 355°F for about 45 minutes.
