Chicken Breast with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Broccoli 10 oz
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Scallions to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Curry a pinch
- Olive Oil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
Step 2
Divide the broccoli into florets.
Step 3
Cut the carrot into thin slices.
Step 4
Cut the chicken breast into pieces.
Step 5
Spray a baking tray with oil, place all the vegetables and chicken on it.
Step 6
Grate the cheddar cheese and layer it on top of the vegetables.
Step 7
Add the green onion and generously sprinkle with spices.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 200–430°F for 25–30 minutes.
