Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Kalamata olives 15 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sherry 0 fl oz
- Dried Chamomile a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Dredge in flour. Fry in olive oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Meanwhile, slice the olives and green olives into thin rings.
Step 4
Remove the fried chicken from the skillet and transfer it to a pot. In the skillet with the remaining chicken oil, pour in a little boiling water, sherry, sprinkle with thyme, and crush in a clove of garlic.
Step 5
Simmer this mixture for about three minutes and pour it over the chicken in the pot.
Step 6
Set on low heat, simmer for 15 minutes, then add the olives and green olives and simmer for another 15 minutes.
