- Unsalted peanuts, shelled 5 oz
- Green peppercorns 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Vinegar essence 2 teaspoons
- Brandy 1 teaspoon
- Corn Starch 2 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 0 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared chicken breast into small cubes, add a little soy sauce and diluted cornstarch, and mix thoroughly. Roast the peanuts and place them in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet, add the black peppercorns, and when the aroma is felt, remove them. Sauté the diced red chili peppers, add the chicken cubes, and pour in the prepared mixture of soy sauce, minced onion, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sugar, brandy, and diluted cornstarch. Add the roasted peanuts, stir-fry for 1 minute, and serve.
