Chicken breast with mushrooms in sour cream sauce
Ingredients
- Champignons 15 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken breast and cut it into strips. Place it in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add 2 tablespoons of flour.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms, clean them, and cut them into quarters.
Step 3
Place the chicken breast in a preheated skillet and sear until golden brown. Return the seared chicken breast to the bowl.
Step 4
In the skillet where the chicken breast was cooked, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until soft. Then add the mushrooms. Cook for about 5–7 minutes.
Step 5
Place the chicken breast on top of the mushrooms and add sour cream. Simmer for 10–15 minutes, until thickened. Five minutes before it's done, you can add herbs.
