- Tomatoes 2 pieces

- Melted Cheese 5 oz

- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the cheese. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, and chop. Sauté in olive oil, adding spices. Make a deep cut in the chicken breast to create a 'pocket'. Place the tomatoes and cheese inside, and seal the edges.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, carrot, and bell pepper.
Step 3
Add the fillet and fry covered, periodically basting the meat with the juices that form.
