Ingredients
- Rosemary 2 tablespoons
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 4 tablespoons
- Marjoram ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Wash and dry the chicken breasts and make as many cuts as possible with a very sharp knife, but do not cut all the way through.
Step 3
Mix the mascarpone with chopped rosemary, a pinch of salt, pepper, and marjoram.
Step 4
Season the inside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, flip them over, and stuff them with the cheese mixture through the cuts. We will need the remaining cheese later.
Step 5
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and quickly fry the chicken breasts on both sides, then place them on a baking sheet, also greased with oil, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
In the pan where the chicken was fried, add the remaining mascarpone, squeeze in the juice of one lemon, and cook the sauce over low heat, constantly whisking it.
Step 7
Remove the chicken breasts from the oven and drizzle with the sauce before serving.
