Chicken Breast with Herbs and White Wine
Ingredients
- Tarragon 1 bunch
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Lemon ½ piece
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Mix the chopped parsley and tarragon, feta cheese, garlic, and lemon juice with pulp until smooth.
Step 3
Remove the skin from the chicken, keeping it attached at one end. Fill the resulting pocket with the cheese mixture.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil and place the chicken breasts skin-side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another minute.
Step 5
Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Step 6
Heat the white wine and reduce it by half. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the finished chicken breasts with the wine sauce.
